Shipping and Returns
All Postage & Packing is free for orders over £20 within Europe (orders under £20 incur a £4 Postage and Packing charge). Delivery to the rest of the World is charged at a flat rate of £4.
The estimated delivery time shown against products are an indication only. When products are currently in stock, we aim to process and despatch all orders within 3 days. However, if any items are not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed. If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will inform you immediately via email and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. You are also able to cancel your order after this period via email, if you do not wish to wait any longer.
We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@TVMagic.co.uk.
Part shipping of orders is done at our own discretion.
Please make your selections carefully. Since much of the value of a magic trick lies in its secret, we are unable to offer ANY refunds on products once they have been opened, unless they are faulty or damaged. In line with current legislation we do allow a 'cooling off' period where you may cancel your order without giving a reason, providing we are notified of the cancellation via email within fourteen working days of receipt of order AND the item reaches us in its original, unopened condition. We are unable however to refund any postage & packing costs for cancelled orders.
We will also refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within fourteen working days of receipt of order. If returning a product to us, please email info@TVMagic.co.uk with the details before doing so.
All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days.
Privacy Notice
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect information that you give at the time of ordering or registering with us (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Your details will not be passed on to any third parties. We may, however, periodically email you with information relating to this website. If you wish to be removed from any mailing lists, please contact us.
