The estimated delivery time shown against products are an indication only. When products are currently in stock, we aim to process and despatch all orders within 3 days. However, if any items are not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed. If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will inform you immediately via email and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. You are also able to cancel your order after this period via email, if you do not wish to wait any longer. We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. Part shipping of orders is done at our own discretion.

Please make your selections carefully. Since much of the value of a magic trick lies in its secret, we are unable to offer ANY refunds on products once they have been opened, unless they are faulty or damaged. In line with current legislation we do allow a 'cooling off' period where you may cancel your order without giving a reason, providing we are notified of the cancellation via email within fourteen working days of receipt of order AND the item reaches us in its original, unopened condition. We are unable however to refund any postage & packing costs for cancelled orders.

We will also refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within fourteen working days of receipt of order. If returning a product to us, please email info@TVMagic.co.uk with the details before doing so.

All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days.
